b'Scientific Session Abstracts SUNDAY APRIL 21, 2024Conclusions: This analysis highlights significant disparities in the management of CLTI patients. A substantial proportion of patients underwent primary amputation without an attempt for revascularization, emphasizing potential gaps in the timely initiation of limb salvage interventions. Living in a socially disadvantaged area had lower odds of revascularization attempts. Importantly, patients who underwent prior revascularization demonstrated lower 5- year mortality rates, emphasizing the survival benefits of a proactive approach to limb salvage. Additional research is required to enhance our comprehension of the elements contributing to these disparities, aiming to pinpoint the aspects that can be targeted for quality improvement.Figure 1: Predictors of Revascularization Attempts Before Amputation100SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA VASCULAR SURGICAL SOCIETY'
